Splash Pad

Splash Pad is open to paid Zoo guests and Zoo members only.
The Splash Pad is Unsupervised, User Assumes All Risks.

• Opens last Saturday in April, closes the first Saturday in October
• Hours of Operation:  9:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. daily
• ALL children must have adult supervision at all times. Children under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by an adult
• Children under 2 yrs. of age shall not use the Splash Pad water features
• Do not drink the Splash Pad water, please use the drinking fountain
• ALL participants must conduct themselves in a courteous, safe and family oriented manner
• Swim suits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
• Foot attire (clean gym shoes, water shoes, flip flops, etc) must be worn
• Food and glass containers are not permitted on Splash Pad
• Climbing on Splash Pad features is strictly prohibited
• Swim diapers are required for all children under 4 years old
• Roughhousing or violent play is prohibited
• Be mindful of inclement weather, pad shall be vacated at first sound of thunder
• Folding chairs, water toys, beach balls, noodles, etc. are not allowed on the Splash pad
• Splash Pad may be closed at any time due to weather, maintenance or other operational concerns

The Jackson Zoo reserves the right to remove a participant/spectator from the grounds for violating any of the above rules or engaging in destructive or inappropriate behavior.
