Jackson Zoological Society School Group Field Trip Request Form

**THIS FORM IS FOR SCHOOL GROUPS ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM THEM.  IF YOU ARE NOT A SCHOOL, PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR OUR REGULAR GROUP RATES.

To receive the discounted group admission, please follow the guidelines listed below:

• School groups up to Pre-K - 12th grade (any established or licensed school facility that teaches, does not include day care centers) admission $2.50 per person.
• Any adult chaperone not included in your reservation must pay full price at the admission window.
• The group must have a minimum of 10 paying students (Pre-K through 12th grade).
• One teacher or chaperone is free per 10 students. Bus drivers are admitted free of charge.  Free chaperones and bus drivers must still pay for rides/snacks/lunches.
• Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance for the school group rate admission, lunch or snack package
• You must pay with a school check, money order or purchase order in advance. Personal checks or cash not accepted for school group visits.
• Friends of the Zoo membership, passes and coupons cannot be used with the group rate.
• Payment must be received at least one week before your visit or your visit may be cancelled.
• All vehicles pay a parking fee except buses and school vans

Train Ride - $2 per rider:  The train runs every fifteen minutes on the quarter hour, each trip can accommodate up to 80 riders

Carousel Ride - $2 per rider:  The carousel runs every 15 minutes on the quarter hour, each ride can accommodate up to 36 riders.

Lunch – includes either hamburger or hotdog, chips, cookies and a drink - $5

Snack – chips or cookies - $1

Gift shop goodie bag – small:  $2.50 per child

                                           large:  $5.00 per child
